Balmorhea State Park

Balmorhea State Park was built by the Civilian Conservation Corps  at the San Solomon Springs site in 1940. Divers enjoy 72 degree crystal clear water.  Only the pool area is open as of 6/26/21, so diving is limited for now. Day pass reservations are required and sell out quickly. Amenities: Picnic tables, showers, restroom. The local dive shop is still closed, so with no air fills nearby, plan ahead!
