What To Do After Registering for Your Pool Program

You’ve registered for your Snorkeler, Scuba Discovery, or Scuba Refresher Course—excellent choice. These are our dedicated Pool Programs, designed to give you a safe, comfortable, and confidence‑building experience in a controlled environment.

All Pool Program classes are held at our home training pool located at:
4903 Queensbury Way E, Colleyville, TX 76034

Our private training pool is a 25,000‑gallon, 20 ft × 30 ft facility featuring a shallow end for skills and a 9‑foot deep end for buoyancy, descents, and controlled underwater practice.

We supply all gear for these classes. However, if you have your own mask, snorkel, boots, fins, or scuba equipment, you are welcome to bring it. We will check it for safety and fit before use.

If you want to shop for personal gear, please stop by the retail shop before your class, as Pool Programs are not held at the store.

1. Personal Gear

All required gear for Snorkeler, Scuba Discovery, and Scuba Refresher courses is supplied by OCD Divers. If you prefer to use your own gear, you are welcome to bring it, and we will check it for safety and functionality before use.

Optional items you may bring: your own mask, snorkel, boots, fins, or any personal scuba equipment you prefer using.

2. What to Bring

We recommend arriving already in swimwear so you can begin your pool session right away. Please bring a towel and dry clothes for the drive home.

Our pool has a shallow end and a 9‑foot deep end, so be sure your swimwear is secure and comfortable for movement in the water.

3. Watch for Your PandaDoc Paperwork

Within about 24 hours of online registration, you’ll receive an email from PandaDoc containing all required forms, including the official participant medical questionnaire.

Please complete these forms as soon as possible. We cannot begin in‑water training until all required documents are fully signed and submitted.

Youth Participants & Email Requirements

Each youth participant must have their own email address so they can sign their forms electronically.

If a youth does not have an email they can receive external mail to, parents/guardians may:

  • Create a free Gmail account for the child
  • Use another parent email address
  • Use one parent’s email for the youth’s eLearning/forms account and another for the parent signature

If there is more than one youth participant in the family, each youth must have a separate email address.

4. Medical Form & Clearance

The participant medical form is part of your PandaDoc packet and is based on the worldwide RSTC Medical Form. Most participants complete it with no issues, but some conditions require a medical provider’s sign‑off.

Complete your medical form immediately. If a doctor’s signature is required and you wait until the last minute, your training may need to be rescheduled.

Once you complete your paperwork, PandaDoc will email you a PDF copy for your records. No in‑water training can begin until all required signatures are in place.

5. Set Up Your SDI Account

Within about 24 hours of your online registration, we create your SDI account. Once it’s ready:

  • Go to https://tdisdi.com
  • Click Log In
  • Select Forgot Password
  • Reset your password and complete your profile

You’ll need to upload a head‑and‑shoulders photo for your future certification card:

  • Clear, well‑lit image
  • Only the participant
  • No sunglasses, hats, or obstructions

6. Complete Your eLearning

Once your SDI account is active, your course will appear under My eLearning on the left‑hand navigation.

To be fully prepared for class:

  • Complete all eLearning segments
  • Continue until you see the completion certificate
  • Remember: finishing the final exam alone does not complete the course
  • All eLearning must be completed by two days before class

Your instructor will review any missed questions with you before the pool session.

Final Thoughts

Once you’ve completed your paperwork, medical form, SDI account setup, and eLearning, you’re ready for a smooth, low‑stress Pool Program experience.

If incomplete before class begins, you won’t be able to participate and a $150 rescheduling fee will apply.

If you have questions about gear, medical clearance, youth participants, or course expectations, reach out. We’re obsessive about making your experience safe, predictable, and genuinely enjoyable.
