Join this exclusive OCD Divers drive and dive trip to dive the Valhalla missile silo
The silo is outside the city limits of Abilene, only 200 miles from DFW airport.  Click here for a location map and driving directions.
Admission Fees per person for one or two days:

• $199.99 diver
• $124.99 non-diver

Dive Times:

• Saturday April 12 - 8 AM to 5 PM
• Sunday April 13 - 8 AM to Noon

Diver Certification Requirements:

• Open Water diver (limited to 60') - minimum level required before travel. We have a lot of classes on the schedule prior to the trip.
• Inactive Diver Refresh if it has been more than a year since you've been diving.
• Advanced Open Water (limited to 100') - can be completed on this trip
• Recommended: Deep Diver (130') - can be completed on this trip

Diving conditions:

• 130 feet deep
• 60 degrees (5-7mm wetsuit and hood are required)
• 70 degrees air temperature

Travel, meals, gear, air fills, and accommodations are not included. Divers must dive with a buddy. Enriched Air is recommened but there are limited tanks available for use during the weekend.

 Options

Drive tour to see a mostly intact Atlas Missile silo nearby. It is really cool to see the control room, silo, and setup. For just $75 it is an amazing opportunity to see the past!

• Weekend air tank use - $40 each
• Individual tank air fills - $15 each aluminum 80's or $20 for Steel 100's and Up
• Weekend BCD/Computer/Regulator use - $100
• Weekend Mask/Fins/Snorkel/Booties use - $60
• Weekend 5mm (3mm with shorty over) wetsuit and hood use - $75
• Weekend Dive Torch use - $30

SDI Certifications offered - discounted for trip participants:

• Altitude Diver - (2 dives) - $79.99, save $80 - half price!
• Deep Diver - (2 dives) - $199.99, save $50
• Advanced Adventure Diver (5 dives) - $289.99, save $30
• Enriched Air Diver (no dives, but you can rent EAN and dive it) - $189.99, save $30

Stay locally or stay on site:

• Primitive camping - $25 pp per night (you bring all of your own camping gear - tents or car camp only, no RVs/Trailers)
• Small RV or trailer camping - $125 + $25 each additional person, must arrive Friday between 6 and 7 PM, no hookups. There's very little space for RVs, so limited to three.
• Queen bed in the silo Friday or Saturday night - $125, one or two people - this is the price for the bed for a night.

 Reservations and Payment Schedule

Refund policy - because OCD Divers has to pre-pay for the property rental, once you have a spot, it is yours. OCD Divers cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, weather, or opting out of dives. OCD Divers reserves the right to cancel the trip for participants who have missed payment deadlines. In that case, payments made are not refundable.
We strongly advise purchasing dive accident insurance through Dive Assure. Please use our link so we have your registration information on file in case of an incident.
There are only five beds offered on a first-come first claimed basis, so you'll want to book right away if staying on site.

Signing-Up

Complete these steps:

• Complete the diver's information form for each person attending if you haven't already completed when taking a class with OCD Divers. This is needed for contact and certification information.
• You'll get releases via email - please complete within 24 hours of receipt.
• Pay online and select your options
