What You’ll Learn
This course follows SDI standards and covers the essential skills and knowledge needed to run a fill station safely:
- Compressor operation: Understanding compressor components, air pathways, filtration systems, and moisture control.
- Fill station safety: Proper handling of high‑pressure cylinders, safe fill rates, and emergency procedures.
- Gas quality: Air purity standards, filtration maintenance, and contamination prevention.
- Cylinder compatibility: Working with steel, aluminum, and composite cylinders and understanding service pressures.
