Each diver must have personal gear and tanks. To ensure safety, we require personal gear to be purchased or rented and tanks to be rented through OCD Divers.

While at the lake, we offer additional certifications you may add to your Open Water Diver weekend. You save by getting discounts and not paying extra gear rental or site entry fees.

OCD Divers serves students in Colleyville, Grapevine, Dallas, Fort Worth, and all of Texas with convenient in store pickup or online shopping and direct delivery to class locations.

Purchase in store and bring it to your class or if more convenient, buy online and we will bring everything to class for you.

• Aluminum 59.99, rental only. You do not keep the gear.
• Steel 149.99 (210 Value), Negril Mask, J Snorkel, Clearance or Low Boots, Basic Strap Fins, Bottle of Mask Scrub.
• Bronze 199.99 (265 Value), Alpha 2 or Tulum Mask, J Snorkel, Clearance or Low Boots, Flex Fins, Bottle of Mask Scrub and Defog.

Scuba Tank Rental Options

• Bronze 29.99, Scuba Ranch only. You pick up one tank from the shop before class, transport it to the location, pay for all air fills on site, and drop it off at the shop after class.
• Silver 39.99, Scuba Ranch only. One tank delivered on site for class. Diver is responsible for all air fills during the weekend.
• Gold 59.99, minimum required for Balmorhea because air fills are not available. You pick up two tanks from the shop before class, transport them to the location, and drop them off at the shop after class. If you add Advanced Buoyancy Diver in advance, a third tank is provided at no addiitonal cost.
• Platinum 79.99, rental and air fills included. OCD Divers handles transportation to the dive site. If you add Advanced Buoyancy Diver in advance, a third tank is provided at no addiitonal cost.

Additional Scuba Certification Options

• Bronze 129.99 (210 Value), Advanced Buoyancy Diver Certification. Includes eLearning and two additional dives on Sunday.
• Silver 179.99 (220 Value), Computer Nitrox Diver Certification. Includes eLearning and in person lakeside skills. No dives required.
• Gold 299.99 (430 Value), Advanced Buoyancy and Computer Nitrox Certifications combined.

Yes. You can add Advanced Buoyancy, Computer Nitrox, or both at discounted bundle pricing as part of your Open Water Diver weekend.

OCD Divers supports Open Water Diver training and scuba rentals for students in Dallas, Fort Worth, and the North Texas area, with convenient in store pickup and class delivery options. With our online ordering and site delivery of rentals and gear purchases, along with conducting all certification requirements on site, we can be the local dive shop for anyone wanting to dive. We have had divers join us from as far away as New Jersey and Colorado. During the winter season at Balmorhea, we are especially convenient for Abilene, Big Spring, Midland, Odessa, Sweetwater, and all of West Texas.
