These are the remaining room type options (shared bathrooms, fans, no AC, average low temp 79 with ocean breeze):

1. $1,999 per person diver / $999 per person non-diver - Private room, sharing a full-size futon, one room available, double occupancy required or $2,998 for single occupancy.
2. $2,199 per person diver / $1,199 per person non-diver - Twin beds in open area of the main house common room. Two beds available.

• Seven nights stay in a private villa on the channel
• Five days of 3-tank boat diving including the Blue Hole, Lighthouse Reef, Glover's Reef, South Water Caye, and Grand Channel
• Transportation to and from the boat
• Gear use from the dive operator
• Breakfast, lunch, and rum punch (after dives) on the boat when diving
• Certifications: Marine Ecosystems, Underwater Naturalist, Fish Identification, and Shark Awareness Diver
• OCD Divers will host a rum reception on Saturday and Friday nights

Depending on your Saturday departure, you may be able to fit in this special option to add an early morning two tank reef dive. We have arranged a special charter with a 6 AM pickup, with dives completed by noon. The cost for the additional specially arranged charter trip is $199 PP and includes breakfast and lunch.

• Advanced Open Water and Deep Diver certifications must be completed prior to the trip due to the depths of the dives, especially at the Blue Hole. Certification courses are on the schedule and available locally before we leave.
• Unfortunately, due to the remote location, Enriched Air is not available.
• We're doing a lot of diving every day and the boat crew needs time to reset in the evenings, so night diving will not be available on this trip.
• Bring your own personal gear and (optional) your own BCD/Regulator. So you are diving with gear you know, if you prefer to check-out an OCD Divers BCD, regulator, and computer set for the trip, you may do so for $199. You will need to pick it up before the trip, transport it, and drop off after the dive. Lost or damaged equipment is the responsibility of the diver.
• Book your own flight to Belize City (BZE) using any airline and book your separate flight to get to Placencia using Maya Air
• Requested that each person do: purchase dive accident and trip insurance from Dive Assure (please use our link for tracking purposes so we have your details in case of emergency)
• Meals are only included on the boat. Evening meals are on your own, with lots of options within walking distance.
• If paying a non-diving rate, trip participants will not be able to go with the divers on the boat and can either relax at the house or find alternative activities.
• All dive trips will be led by local Divemasters. The recommended tip is $30 US per diver each day. 

The following certifications must be completed prior to departure due to the depth of the dives:

• Advanced Diver - $319
• Deep Diver - $249
• Not required, but recommended: Rescue Diver $349

In conjunction with the trip, the following certifications are offered with a $10 trip discount. For each additional class taken, you get another $10 off all classes, up to $50 off per class!

• Boat Diver - 2 dives, reg $159, discounted $149-$109
• Underwater Photography - 2 dives, reg $229, discounted $219-$179
• Drift Diver - 2 dives, reg $159, discounted $149-$109
• Computer Diver - 2 dives, reg $159, discounted $149-$109
• Advanced Buoyancy - 2 dives, reg $159, discounted $149-$109

Refund policy - because OCD Divers has to pre-pay for dives and the property rental, once you have a spot, it is yours. OCD Divers cannot offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to illness, weather, or opting out of dives. OCD Divers reserves the right to cancel the trip for participants who have missed payment deadlines. In that case, payments made are not refundable.

We request all participants purchase dive accident and travel insurance through Dive Assure. Please use our custom link so we'll be notified of who has insurance set-up and have your information in case of emergency.

Rooms are offered on a first-come first claimed basis, so if you have a preference, you'll want to book right away. Both participants for Double occupancy rooms must be booked at the same time.

Payment Due Dates - if booking after a date, the higher percent of trip is due:

• At Booking: 25% of room rate and optional Friday dive
• 12/15/23: 50% of room rate and optional Friday dive
• 2/1/24: 75% of room rate and optional Friday dive
• 3/15/24: 100% of room rate and optional Friday dive
• 4/15/24: 50% of Optional classes tuition with the $10/$20/$30/$40/$50 discount
• 5/15/24: 100% Optional classes tuition with the $10/$20/$30/$40/$50 discount

Prices above include a discount for check (paper or electronic) discounts. Credit card payment pricing is 3% higher and considered regular price.
