Open water dives are completed at your travel destination and paid directly to the local dive center.

Many divers begin their training at a shop that later closes or changes ownership. If your previous dive shop closed, you can continue your training with OCD Divers without losing progress. SDI follows the same international RSTC standards as PADI, NAUI, SSI, and other major agencies, which means your training transfers easily.

Each diver must have personal gear for training. All personal gear must be obtained through OCD Divers to ensure proper fit and safety. Since you will be traveling, many divers choose to purchase a wetsuit and travel bag, and some prefer to buy a full set of scuba gear so they can train in their own equipment before their trip.

We keep a wide selection of masks, fins, boots, and snorkels in stock so you can build a custom package that fits you correctly. If you prefer a simple option, our pre selected packages are 25% or more off regular pricing and can be picked up before class. Open Water students also receive a 25% discount when selecting gear in person during shop hours.

Complete your self paced eLearning and pool training with OCD Divers in Colleyville, then finish your four open water dives with a qualified instructor at your travel destination.

Course fees include the eLearning and pool segments only. OCD Divers supplies scuba gear and tanks for pool sessions. Divers are responsible for contacting a destination dive center and paying them directly for the open water dives. Once your dives are complete and your referral paperwork is signed, return it to OCD Divers and we will process your certification.
